Scouts and Guides is an integral part in sutdents’ life. It helps to build the spirit of loyality, thoughtfulness and patriotism among the students.
It also provides opportunities to explore and discover the world beyond the classroom Training program was conducted for 67 Cubs and 49 Bulbuls on 31st August 2024, in our School premises at 9.00 a.m. with Tamilthai Vazhthu Our Principal Mr. G. ASHOK, Vice Principal Mrs. M. BINDU and the cub masters Mrs. R. GOWSALYA , Mrs. E. GAJALAKSHMI and Mrs. S. Jayanthi lighted the lamp.
Our honourable Principal Mr. G. ASHOK gave inspirational speech to the students about the importance of the Cubs and Bulbuls training. The guides learnt many skills like storytelling, singing songs, making greeting cards, playing train games etc. The camping game them insight about team spirit, discipline, daily routine, staying together, sharing and caring.
Students enacted a skit on saving water, saving electricity about Life on Land about Clean water and sanitation. At end of the program Sairam District Leader Mrs. Riem Francis joined the camp and encouraged the Cubs and Bulbuls.
