Overview

With the grace of his holiness Shirdi Saibaba, Sai Matriculation Higher Secondary School dawned on 14th June 1989 and has since been marching steadily. The school was started with a mission by a visionary to give a powerful education. Education, to upbring an individual with intellect , a positive personality, to evolve into a strong character with sympathy and empathy, to have a sense of responsibility, being disciplined and above all to lead as a leader.

The school commenced as an English Medium School with classes from LKG to V Std, adding one higher class every subsequent year. At present, it is decorated with classes from PreKg to XII Std. The school has got recognition from the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The management secures the services of only passionate and well trained teachers, who are devoted to their vocation. The school has well equipped laboratories and a library. Sound computer Education is offered to classes from I to XII Std. The medium of instruction is English. It is mandatory to learn Tamil and Hindi languages from Prekg to VIII Std. The same is optional for the higher secondary classes. NEET and JEE is also included along with the subjects for classes IX and XII Std , for preparing the students to appear for the competitive exams.

We have incorporated 7 habits and SDG with the curriculum to impart values and to mould good citizens for our nation. We conduct various competitions to bring out the laden talents of the children. We believe in learning is fun.

I, as the Principal of this acclaimed institution started by a visionary, feel highly privileged to contribute my service to the school. I would like to infuse my knowledge and experience for the utmost betterment of this institution.

Me taking the mantle from my seniors would like to take the legacy forward with the same good will and reputation.
I believe that the teachers have the power to change lives. They can empower students, help them realize their true potential and to achieve their goals. A teacher can show that everything is possible and that sky is the limit. It’s the teachers who not only impart knowledge but make them believe that knowledge is nothing without any human values. We have an excellent team of educators who go beyond their level and dream for their students.

As Swami Vivekananda said, “All power is within you; you can do anything and everything” I beseech my students to work hard. There is no substitute for hard work. Think smart, plan well and execute. Believe in yourself, be humble and make the world the best place. Share knowledge with each other. Eradicate all the evil thoughts. Be a role model for your fellow schoolmates.
